If you do not have any equipment you can do exercises with just your bodyweight or you can exercise with bottles or homemade barbells. 😉
Do around eight repetitions of chosen exercises.
What are great bodyweight exercises of arms workout?
Bodyweight arms exercises
Take your hands on the side and make circular motions in one direction. After that make circular movements to the other directions.
Next, lift your arms to the side and come back to the previous position.
Move your arms forward and take them back.
Move your arms backward.
What are great arm exercises with weights?
Arm workout with weights
If you have any weights at home you can use them during the exercises.
If you do not have any weight you can use some bottles.
I have some bottles and I can use them.
Remember to have your legs with hips-width apart, and slightly bend your knees so you can protect your joints.
You can do the same exercise as presented above with bottles.
Rise your arms forwards with weights or bottles. Slightly bend your elbows to protect your joints as well.
During the exercises contract your belly to protect your spine as well.
Rise battles to the side.
Move your bottles backward.
What are other great exercises of an arm workout with weights?
You can also bend your elbow to nighty degree and extend them to exercise your biceps.
Remember to keep your wrists straight, so you can protect your joints.
To exercise your triceps, take one step forward, move your arm to the back
Extend your elbow.
Do the same exercise to the other arm.
Stand straight and lift your bottles bending elbows to the right angle.
If you want you can modify your weights and use homemade barbells. 😉
Just connect the bottles with a broom to make great homemade barbells!
Arms workout with homemade barbells
To exercise biceps you can lift your barbells by bending and extending your elbows.
Change the position of you hand and rise your barbells in front of you to the shoulder hight.
What are other great homemade barbell exercises of the arm workout?
Move the barbells forward. However, remember to contract your belly muscles in this exercise.
You can also put the barbells backward and raise them. In this exercise work not only your shoulders and arms but also your back.
Arms workout in lying position
In the lying position, you can engage more your chest muscles and do for example chest press.
Lie down on your mat. Slowly lift your barbells from the lying position and put them down.
You can do the same exercise with your weights. Press your weight to the ceiling direction.
You can also move them to the side.
