How to do buttocks workouts correctly?
It is essential to perform buttocks exercises properly not to hurt your joints.

Raise your left leg bent at the knee at a right angle. Do the same with the other leg.
Your knee cannot exceed the height of your hips. Make sure, that the surface of your foot is parallel to the ceiling and doesn’t move sideways.
