Additionally, the healthy dessert contains raisins.

How to prepare such a healthy dessert?
You will need
- 1 large (or two small) avocados,
- 2 or 3 bananas,
- a handful of raisins (choose the ones without sulfur dioxide – E220), (optionally),
- a handful of pecans (optionally),
- 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa or carob (optionally),
- some honey or maple syrup.
Time needed: 10 minutes.
To make the healthy pudding
- Mix part of ingredients.
Mix bananas with avocado.
- Prepare the chocolate part of the pudding.
Put half of the pudding into another container. Add cocoa or carob and mix again.
- Add optional ingredients.
Put two flavors of the puddings into a bowl and add honey or maple syrup, nuts, and raisins.
