I’ll tell you it in a moment. But first, let me show you why this pudding is good for your body and will bring you lots of energy.
Why this dessert is healthy and good for you?
The pudding is great for your body because it contains healthy ingredients such as avocados, bananas, honey, and raisins.
Avocados contain healthy fats, including monounsaturated fatty acids and also: fiber, vitamin K, C, E, B6, B5, folate, and potassium.
What’s more, this fruit also has antioxidants to support eye health.
Eating avocados can help you lose weight because it keeps you feeling full for a longer time. And it helps you to consume fewer calories.
Avocados are soft and easy to add not only to healthy desserts but also to a variety of salads.
How about other ingredients from the healthy pudding?
Another great ingredient is bananas.

- 2 tablespoons of dark cocoa or carob (optionally),
- some honey or maple syrup.
However, before making any changes to your diet, consult your doctor or dietitian to check if you are allergic or intolerant to any of these ingredients.

To make the healthy pudding
- Mix part of the ingredients.
Mix bananas with avocado.
- Prepare the chocolate part of the pudding.
Put half of the pudding into another bowl. Add cocoa or carob and mix again.
- Add optional ingredients.
Put two flavors of the puddings into a bowl. Add honey or maple syrup, nuts, and raisins.
