The point is to eat good fat instead of bad fat because bad fat can bring a lot of damage to your body and mind. 😱

However, you do not need to panic because I’ll give you some examples of good fat which can help you look and feel better. (Uff!) 😉

When I was a teenager and even in my 20ties I was addicted to eating sweets. 🍬 I felt like I am not able to stop eating whenever I want. I usually stopped when the sweets were gone, which was too late! I overeat and felt so terrible physically and emotionally. It did not work well for my body and mind. 🥀

Everything changed when I discovered the real magic of healthy food.✨  I did not realize that it tasted so good! I also get much more than having a delicious experience. By eating healthy food I also get FREEDOM. 🌟

What kind of freedom am I talking about?

Despite the freedom of pleasure of eating tasty meals, I also have the FREEDOM of:

💛  eating as much as I want without having side effects on the body,

💛  feeling full for a long period of time after eating, which also help me to save a lot of time,

💛  stopping any time I want and having control of my life,

💛  feeling so happy and wonderful after eating,

💛  having more energy, clear thoughts, and positivity throughout the day.

So, whenever I have a conversation about healthy food with people who are not fans of that kind of food, and they try to convince me that healthy food doesn’t taste the same as regular food. I usually agree. It does not taste the same, it tastes better! Healthy food tastes delicious! 😋

So, the freedom of eating healthy food moves also in other areas of life because it gives positivity, energy, and clears the mind from negative thoughts. All of this gives a huge potential to make your dreams come true! 🥳

We all deserve to give our bodies and minds what works well for them. We all deserve to feel good, don’t we?
