To feel great on Valentine’s day, you can eat tasty and healthy dessert! Below is the recipe for delicious cupcakes which are excellent for this occasion!
- 3 cups of oatmeal
- 2 bananas
- 1 beet (optional)
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup or agave
- 1/3 glass of olive oil
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
- crushed dark chocolate (optional)
- 1/2 glass of sunflower (optional)
Blend the peeled bananas and beet with lemon juice and maple syrup. Add oatmeal. Mix everything. Bake in the oven preheated to 350°F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes.
