You should drink at least 2 liters (8 glasses) of water a day! (You should drink more water if you breastfeed, train, it’s a warm season, high room temperatures, etc.)

Don’t wait to feel thirsty. 

If you feel thirsty, it is too late – you are dehydrated – drink water! Make a habit of drinking water frequently during the day. 

How you can avoid dehydration of the body and its negative effects? 

In case you are a breastfeeding mom, don’t forget to drink water at night before and/or after feeding your baby. 

Drink at least 500 ml of water before and after training, and about 300 ml during exercise, whether or not you feel thirsty. 

Wear comfortable cotton clothes (or one made of special sports fabric) both daily and during exercise. Keep away from exercising outside in the full sun on hot days to avoid overheating.
