High-quality eggs contain, among others, vitamin A, B5, B12, B2, B6, D, E, K; also phosphorus, selenium, calcium, zinc, folate, choline, lutein, omega-3 fatty acids. Eating eggs can reduce the risk of heart disease and supports eye health.
Eggs contain many amino acids and are very filling, so eating them supports slimming.
Similarly, good quality dark chocolate is rich in fiber, iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, and several other minerals. It can lower blood pressure and improve brain function.
In addition, raisins contain, among others, fiber, iron, and antioxidants.
Ingredients for Valentine’s Day dessert:
- 3 cups of oatmeal
- 2 bananas
- 1 beet (optional)
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup or agave
- 1/3 glass of olive oil
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
- crushed dark chocolate (optional)
- 1/2 glass of sunflower (optional)
Execution of Valentine’s Day dessert:
Blend the peeled bananas and beet with lemon juice and maple syrup. Add oatmeal. Mix everything. Bake in the oven preheated to 350°F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes.
