– feel not good enough, and so on.

I made the same mistakes in the past when I was a teenager and pressed my body to do hard workouts to lose weight.
It did not work and I had no idea why at that time.
Now I know the truth.
Forcing the body to do anything will not work.
The body is the BEST coach. It will tell you what it needs to function properly.
There needs to be a real friendship first with your body. The body needs to be loved, appreciated, and admired.
Then the body will cooperate with you.

The body is giving you feedback. When you understand and hear your body language it will be easy to have a great relationship with it and have whatever you want. You almost will be able to form your body as it would be clay. 😉
Going through a restrictive diet or pushing yourself hard by intensive workouts will not help you to bring desirable results faster or permanently.
I did that mistake in the past and it did not work out at all.

The only challenge here is to remember them.
